We are a local family that lives in Bigfork. We manage this rental ourselves and simply want a family to be blessed by this newer townhouse rental. We recently replaced the carpet in all three bedrooms and the LVP flooring in the entry, kitchen, dining area, and living room. We want long-term renters and are willing to negotiate the price down for longer-term leases.
