  • To schedule an appointment to see this property, you will first need to send in proof of income (pay stubs and bank statements) for three consecutive months so that we can verify that you are making enough consistently to cover monthly rent as well as see that you can cover the move-in cost. You are more than welcome to censor out any personal information from any document you send in, and this can be emailed to hrmgt507@aol.com or put in the mail slot on the side of our office located at 428 N Peninsula Drive Daytona Beach, FL 32118. Once I have received this, I will call you to set up an appointment. Please make sure your name, number, and the property you’re interested in are on your proof of income. After viewing the property each adult will need to fill out an application. The application is $50.00 for each adult. We are just checking to see if you have any criminal history or previous evictions. We are pet-friendly. Pets add an extra $25.00 per pet to your monthly rent and also a $200.00 non-refundable pet deposit for each pet. Also note that we require first month’s rent, last month’s rent, a security deposit which is the same price as your rent.
