If you choose to archive unit information when you deactivate or vacate a unit, all stored documents will be archived and stored under the "Show Archived Units" tab from the landlord or property manager's home page.

If you choose to delete unit information when you deactivate the unit, all stored documents at lease/tenant level will be deleted.
