Total gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the rent and must be verifiable ($4,050/month or more). Satisfactory rental, financial and criminal background required. Approval is unlikely if requirements are not met. Paid by Landlord: Water, sewer, garbage, recycling, lawn maintenance and snow removal of parking lot. Paid by Tenant: Electricity, cable, phone, wifi. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, applicants must complete screening process prior to being allowed to tour unit. Only pre-approved applicants will be allowed to schedule a tour.
