Total gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the rent and must be verifiable ($4,350/month or more). Satisfactory rental, financial and criminal background required. Approval is unlikely if requirements are not met. Included in Rent: Water, sewer, garbage, recycling, lawn maintenance and snow removal of parking lot.
