Blank spaces on application will be deemed as incomplete and will not be considered. Likewise, applications will also not be considered complete until all fees have been paid and requested items have been received. Security Deposit: $1,450. Security deposit may vary based on Applicant's application results. We reserve the right to require additional security deposit or decline applications based on our findings. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Applicant must have a minimum credit score of 650 or higher to qualify. Total gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the rent and must be verifiable ($4,350/month or more). Satisfactory rental, financial and criminal background required. Approval is unlikely if requirements are not met. Included in Rent: Water, sewer, garbage, recycling, lawn maintenance and snow removal of parking lot. Paid by Tenant: Electricity, cable, phone, wifi.
